Drop & Go Pods
Building timeline begins once deposit is made and base model with add-ons are confirmed. A level foundation is recommended. Drop & Go Pods are designed to be moved as needed, and not meant to be a permanent structure. This versatility allows for stability no matter where it is placed. This process includes a 4-6 week turnaround for the 10’ Pod and an 8-10 week turnaround for 20’ Core Pod II model.
Core Homes / ADU
After a General Inquiry has been submitted, we will schedule a Discovery Call with our Sales Coordinator to confirm information provided in the general inquiry, base model pricing, and review add-on packages. Building timeline begins once deposit is made and base model with add-ons are confirmed. This process includes a 16-20 week turnaround for Core Home I.

During the planning phase, key steps ensure a smooth progression towards project completion. First, conduct a feasibility study. If positive, confirm the selected floor plan. Sign the contract, making the first payment of 50%. Structural components are ordered, while site work begins. The initial reservation fee is credited towards this payment, reflecting commitment to the project.
